How long have you lived in Indianapolis? 7 years

Describe yourself in 100 words or less: I am originally from South Florida and as much as I love my home in Indianapolis, I’ll always be an east coaster at heart. I moved here after attending Indiana University in Bloomington and falling in love with public affairs and the city itself. I now have three dogs that are my world, and I love exploring new places in the city with friends (and anywhere I can bring my dogs)! I pride myself on being a hard worker and good friend.

How do you give back? I regularly attend events in the community as a donor and a volunteer. I also donate regularly to individual organizations. I sit on the board for the Jewish Community Relations Council and am a part of the Government Affairs Committee. I am a former member of NEXTGen Committee and actively participate in YJP through Chabad. I am also a graduate of the Bruce Frank Martin Larner Leadership Academy.

Who is a Jew who inspires you? My mother. She taught me how to be a young and independent Jewish woman in a tough world. Her kindness, honesty, and hard work continue to inspire me to be my best self!

How do you envision the Indianapolis Jewish community in the next 10 years? I see the youth of Indianapolis contributing to the growth of talented individuals who live here, as well as expanding Indianapolis to new industries and opportunities!

What is your proudest accomplishment in the past 10 years? Starting my own business.

Any advice for younger professionals? Everyone makes mistakes, don’t be so hard on yourself. Learn from your mistakes, and don’t make the same one twice.

Anything else we should know about you? I am completely obsessed with my three dogs and basically all dogs! I am currently in the process of becoming a volunteer with both Indy Humane and IACS.
