JFGI Welcomes New Planned Giving and Endowment Team

Katy Cantor came on board at the Federation as Chief Philanthropy Officer, Planned Giving and Endowment in January, 2015. Katy will  step into Winnie Goldblatt’s shoes and direct our Planned Giving and Endowment Department. Katy was previously the Chief Philanthropy Officer of Indiana University Health Hospital and Simon Cancer Center, where she managed development activities for clinical programs for those entities. Katy has been working in philanthropic roles affiliated with Methodist Health Foundation since 2004.
Katy has a long history with our community, including serving as President of the JCC and as an Officer of the Jewish Federation. Her other volunteer activities have included board positions at Park Tudor School, Indianapolis Children’s Museum, Dance Kaleidoscope, and Hoosier Salon. 
Katy is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) and a graduate of Indiana University. She has a competitive streak when it comes to tennis and has played at the Indianapolis Racquet Club for many years. She is married to Dan Cantor and has two daughters, Courtney and Abby. Paula Goldberg, an Indianapolis native, joined the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis in January, 2015 as the Program Director, LIFE & LEGACY. She will be working closely with our LIFE & LEGACY community partners and will manage all aspects of this new collaborative initiative.
Paula is a graduate of the University of Michigan and received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. She previously worked as a litigation attorney in Chicago and moved to Carmel with her family in 1998. 
Since moving back, Paula has been an active volunteer in our Jewish community. In addition to serving on the JFGI Board of Directors, she was a member of our Planning and Allocations Committee, participated in the inaugural class of our ATID leadership program, and is a co-founder of Pomelit, a successful engagement program. Paula has also given her time to a wide variety of Jewish preschool and Carmel Clay Schools programs.   
For the last 20 years, Paula has dedicated herself to raising her children, Elyse, Danny, and Ben, on a foundation of Jewish values. She is thrilled to be relaunching her career in a capacity that helps ensure the future of this community. You can reach Paula at 317.715.6980 or pgoldberg@JFGI.org.

Pamela Eicher joined the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis as Executive Endowment Assistant in January, 2015. Pam spent the last 25 years as an Executive Assistant in the for-profit world with two different companies. These two jobs gave her all of the experience she brings to the Federation.
Indiana is and will always be Pam’s home. She was born in Noblesville and raised in Westfield, graduating from high school in 1987. Pam then returned to Noblesville where she is raising her son, Brysten. She enjoys cooking, nature walks, and many other outdoor activities, including watching her son play sports.
