For Jewish 20-somethings in the Indy area:

Still waiting for the ultimate Festivus / Hanukkah crossover? Chrismahanukwanzakah on your list of words to learn? Gather with MoPo Indy for a look at another side of the December holiday mashup and what coexistence can look like.

Join for a virtual brunch & learn about an Israeli tradition now in its 27th year - Chag haChagim (“The Holiday of Holidays”). Each year in Haifa, this festival “presents art exhibitions, artist meetings, and various performances with an emphasis on cultural diversity in Haifa and Israel.. with the aim to promote and foster tolerance and mutual respect through culture and art.”

We’ll learn a little about this holiday and reflect on our American experiences of the December dilemmas.

This program is the final in MoPo Indy's year-long "Stories of Israel" series. This series features meant to foster deep conversation around Israel and our own personal relationship to its inhabitants and their stories.
