How long have you lived in Indianapolis? 8 months

Describe yourself in 100 words or less: I care a lot about whatever it is I'm involved in and integrity is always my North Star. Family is incredibly important to me, which is why we moved to Indianapolis. I try not to take things too seriously; enjoyment supersedes everything which is why my motto is - "There's no such thing as too much garlic".

How do you give back? I have dedicated my life to ensuring the Jewish future both professionally and philanthropically. I am also involved at the Hasten Hebrew Academy; this year I will be serving as the Secretary of the PTO.

How do you envision the Indianapolis Jewish community in the next 10 years? One of the most inspiring things about the Indianapolis Jewish community is that there is such a large concentration of young Jews living here. With the recent and upcoming changes in local Jewish community leadership, I foresee a fresh, vibrant, pluralistic, and involved community with a younger generation that's truly going to take ownership.

What is one thing you look forward to as we come out of this Pandemic? I look forward to when people can come together in any capacity without any limitations or reservations.

What is your proudest accomplishment in the past 10 years? Over the last 10 years, I've received my M.S. in Sports Management and Fundraising from Columbia University, and immediately following my studies I began my career at Harlem RBI, a baseball and softball academic enrichment non-profit in East Harlem which was both rewarding and inspiring. From there, I found my home in Jewish Philanthropy. I began my career at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles where I went from a Campaign Coordinator to Senior Vice President of Donor Experience, running Women's Philanthropy. During the pandemic I pivoted, where my time was extremely rewarding as the AVP of Development for American Friends of Tel Aviv University, and now have begun my life in the Indianapolis Jewish community as Goldman Union Camp Institute's first Development Director, which I'm immensely proud of. It's been a wonderful journey these past 10 years!
