How long have you lived in Indianapolis? 30 years

Describe yourself in 100 words or less: Mom (to both human and fur children), wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, immigrant from the former Soviet Union (Ukraine to be specific), proud member of the Indianapolis Jewish community, health care regulatory attorney, speaker of multiple languages (Russian, English, Spanish, and French), and incredibly grateful to be included on this list alongside such dynamic and impactful young professionals in our community!

How do you give back? I'm passionate about giving back to organizations that have given me so much, such as Jewish Family Services (JFS). JFS played a vital role in resettling my family when we immigrated from the former Soviet Union. It's an honor to, 30 years later, get to assist with events such the Legal Aid Clinic and serve on the Jewish Family Services and Holocaust Survivor Advisory Committees. I also just completed a 3-year term as an At-Large Member of the Jewish Community Relations Council, where I was privileged to serve with and learn from an inspiring group of leaders.

Who is a Jew who inspires you? My dad, Michael Voskoboynik - his efforts and enthusiasm towards blending technology with Jewish history and education are unparalleled!!

What is one thing you look forward to as we come out of this Pandemic? Participating in more fun Indianapolis Jewish community events, including getting to enjoy family-oriented ones with our son!

What is your proudest accomplishment in the past 10 years? My 1 year old son, Benjamin (and surviving the first year of parenthood)! :) Meeting and marrying my husband/best friend through Indianapolis's Jewish Community is a close second - thank you JFGI Young Leadership Division (now know as NextGen)!

Any advice for younger professionals? Imposter syndrome is normal. Have confidence in your abilities and trust yourself - you deserve to be where you are!
