Did you know that;

  1. In an average week, one-in-five Americans share their religious faith online (According to Pew’s 2014 study Religion and Electronic Media)… Let’s explore this together to engage our community!
  2. As a leader in your organization, you have the opportunity to engage so many more constituents than you currently are, and the medium is literally at your fingertips… Let’s learn how to use this together!
  3. Less than half of the Jews in Indianapolis engage with an organization in the Jewish community… Let’s change this together!
  4. Millennials make up the largest age demographic in Indianapolis, yet are not engaged with the Jewish Community… Let’s change this together!

On August 23rd from 12-2 pm please join us for a unique opportunity to learn about best practices and strategy from David Yarus.  David is perhaps best known for founding JSwipe, an app that has impressively grown to over 1 million worldwide users, resulting in thousands of millennial Jewish marriages among a demographic often referred to as ‘the least engaged.’

David has also founded mllnnl, a Jewish community focused social media and creative agency.  In recent years, Yarus has worked with Birthright, Hillel International, the Israeli Consulate, Jewish Federations of North America, and many other organizations helping them understand and engage the millennial Jewish audience.

We have a unique opportunity to learn from him firsthand about best practices and strategy for online engagement.  We are exclusively offering the first tickets to the workshop to professionals working to engage the Indianapolis Jewish community, and I hope that you will join us to learn a little bit about how we can improve our online presence.

This event is open to community professionals.  For information on how to sign up please reach out to Matthew Kramer-Morning at mkmorning@jfgi.org.
