JFGI's advanced leadership development program. The objective of ATID (which means “future” in Hebrew) is to provide a meaningful educational experience that develops our emerging leaders—the future leaders of the Indianapolis Jewish community.

LEADS educates involved young professionals in Indianapolis about the mission and impacts of the Jewish Federation. This four-part series will prepare each participant to take their next step in the Jewish community, while also serving as a great way to network with involved peers in Indianapolis.
