How long have you lived in Indianapolis? 12 years

Describe yourself in 100 words or less: I recently did a core values exercise with my business partner, and my top 5 value were family, loyalty, happiness, trust and productivity. I am and want to continue to be someone who is dependable, makes a difference in the community, and is always there for family.

How do you give back?  - Financial wellness classes to local schools and companies -1:1 pro bono financial consultations - VP of Phi Delt House Corp board

Who is a Jew who inspires you? My Dad. He gives back so much while being a leader in his field.

How do you envision the Indianapolis Jewish community in the next 10 years? I think it will continue to grow and evolve. More and more people are coming to Indianapolis for employment opportunities, and we are doing an excellent job of starting programs like Moishe house in town. I'm really excited to be a part of it and raise my kids in the community.

What is one thing you look forward to as we come out of this Pandemic? It's nice to reconnect and start being out and about. We've all had different levels of isolation, which certainly impacts community. Being fairly young and not originally from Indianapolis, I feel like I haven't gotten an opportunity to establish myself in the Jewish community, and I feel like I am still trying to do so in Indianapolis. Having opportunities to get out there and be a part of everything going on is exciting.

What is your proudest accomplishment in the past 10 years? As corny as this may sound, starting a family. My parents have always been great role models, and even when I was a kid, my dream was always to emulate them in a sense and find an incredible life partner and start my own family.

Any advice for younger professionals? The best way to know who you are and what you want to do professionally is by throwing yourself into different environments and learn by doing. I did 5 internships while I was in college, and each experience gave me valuable education on where I excel, where I need work on, and what different industries are like. Take advantage of being young and try out different things.

Anything else we should know about you? I am a Butler Bulldog, and being from St. Louis, I am an avid Cardinals and Blues fan. If anyone fits that mold, we'll be good friends ;).
